Monuments can also be works of art or art installations. Similarly, a planted tree or garden can be a monument, or an internet platform in a virtual space.<br \/>\nThe form, message and artistic design of a future Freedom and Unity Monument in Leipzig have not yet been decided.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An artistic competition will be held for the shape of the monument.
